No Fire WG 200R

Premimum Water Glycol Hydraulic Fluid - For Pressures Up To 2000 psi

No Fire WG 200R is a premium water glycol fire resistant hydraulic fluid used in industrial applications in place of conventional hydraulic fluid where fire is a concern. It provides a safer working environment than conventional mineral oil based hydraulic fluids where hydraulic piping may rupture and spray hydraulic fluid onto hot surfaces, mineral oil based fluids can ignite causing a severe hazard to plant personnel and equipment.

EcoLogo

No Fire WG 200R is recommended for use in precision industrial systems operating at system pressures up to 2000 psi at 50° C

No Fire WG 200R water glycol fire resistant hydraulic fluid is an EcoLogo approved environmental fluid that supports ISO 14000 Environmental Certification and is also Group 1 Factory Mutual approved fluid.

Features Benefits
Excellent fire resistance. Reduced risk of injury to plant personnel and damage to equipment caused by hydraulic fluid fires. Lower insurance costs.
Good anti-wear characteristics. Increased protection against premature pump and component wear. Reduced downtime and lower maintenance costs.
Liquid and vapour phase corrosion inhibited. Protects system reservoir and components (ferrous and non-ferrous) against rust and corrosion. Extended equipment life, reduced downtime and maintenance costs.
Inherently low pour point and excellent viscosity temperature characteristics. Excellent cold temperature properties. Wide operating temperature range.
Non-WHMIS controlled, low toxicity. Greater workplace acceptance. Reduced health and safety concerns. No special handling or disposal requirements.
Readily biodegradable, low ecotoxicity. Reduced environmental liability in case of spills or leaks.
